Our cricket saddle (also known as a roof saddle or a roof cricket) is designed to divert water away from a chimney, wall, or other protrusion on a roof. They are designed to be weather-resistant and durable, able to withstand the elements and provide long-lasting protection to the roof.
The cricket saddle should be installed on the high side of the protrusion to channel water to the lower side of the roof. This prevents leaks and water damage. Instead, the water is directed away from the protrusion and into the gutter or downspout, where it can be safely carried away from the building.
